Invoice Analyst Location: Theodore, AL Contract: 6 months (could extend) Pay: $26.44 hr. to $28.85 hr. Job Description: Must have a background in Data Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) to help transform and streamline our Time; Materials tracking and invoicing process. You will apply data skills to real-world operational problems and build solutions that make a tangible business impact. You will play a key role in analyzing existing workflows, building automation tools, and developing data-driven systems that improve accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities Design and implement an automated tracking and invoicing system using data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate) Create dashboards and reporting for project managers, finance, and leadership Qualifications Proficiency in Excel, data cleaning, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier) Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset Bonus Skills After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
