Your Day-to-Day:

• The Salesforce BA will work closely with business units and IT colleagues in an agile process to understand business requirements, analyze and map processes, and develop solutions that drive efficiency and data accuracy within Salesforce
• Requirements Gathering: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify areas where Salesforce can be leveraged to improve productivity, increase accuracy, or streamline operations
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and other critical Salesforce data
• Training and Enablement: Create and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are equipped to use Salesforce effectively
• Project Support: Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables; assist in testing and quality assurance activities

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered
• Experience: Required - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Must have strong knowledge of Salesforce features
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with business process modeling, data analysis, and project management principles
• Understanding 3 party apps Sales Clouds, Zoom Info, Dun and Bradstreet is a plus
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Experience with other CRM or ERP systems
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools
