What you'll need to be successful: Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry * Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is required * 5 years supervisory OR 2+ years of management experience * Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style * Proficient in Sales * Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills * Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate * Must be appropriately licensed by the applicable regulator in each state in which he/she does licensable activities * Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) What we offer: Because we recognize and reward hard work, we offer a competitive salary, a full benefits package, and the potential for a performance-based bonus.
