What We DoResponsible for expanding and improving the performance of contractor/vendor network. Acts as liaison between contractors/vendors and Company, providing support in recruiting, training, and managing the overall performance of contractors/vendors, usually in a territory with multiple states.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop strategic recruitment plan to expand existing network reach and work order volume capacity
  • Perform contractor/vendor performance audit on a periodic basis. Create, maintain and provide contractor/vendor scorecard reviews and master record maintenance
  • Manage pricing negotiation for assigned contractors/vendors
  • Proactively support the claim process if there is a contractor/vendor issue that warrants immediate attention
  • Analyze contractor allocations and work order management to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve and increase contractor/vendor output
  • Develop, track, monitor, and report on department metrics, which may include cost, service and other areas to drive performance improvement
  • Improve communication, including claim status updates, customer updates and account updates
  • Responsible for contractor/vendor training, including system training; assist contractors/vendors with invoice issues and payment process as needed.
  • Ensure contractor/vendor documentation is current, including, but not limited to licensing, insurance, and worker's compensation insurance
  • May travel to meet with contractors or participate in training as requested

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 3-5 years of directly related work experience, including 2 years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Successful track record of executing day to day operational responsibilities, along with participating in, developing and completing projects in areas of expertise
  • Able to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality
  • Provides others with reliable information and uses good listening skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills
