Job Description Cielo Maintenance Technician III Simpsonville Requisition ID: 51523 If you are a current employee click here to apply. Job Description Troubleshoots machines and equipment breakdowns to diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic problems. Performs preventive maintenance such as lubrication, precision machine setups and proactive parts replacements. Disassembles and reassembles machines to replace broken or defective equipment and parts. Replaces various electrical components such as AC and DC drives, PLCs, relays, E-Ps, motors and others. Utilizes laptop PCs to connect to PLCs and diagnose production equipment problems. Diagnoses AC and DC drive problems using HIMs and laptop PCs. Replaces chains, belts, gearboxes, bearings and others. Maintains pneumatics and hydraulic systems. Documents all repair activities in the SAP Plant Maintenance module to maintain an accurate equipment history. Routinely seeks root causes of failures to identify corrective measures to be taken to prevent a recurrence. Other duties as assigned by management.
