Where Data Does More. Join the Snowflake team.

We're looking for a sharp, strategic operator to join our team as Principal, DAA Programs-a critical role at the heart of Snowflake's data, analytics, and AI transformation. Reporting directly to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO), you'll lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate execution, foster cross-functional alignment, and drive innovation across our DAA agenda.

This is not a back-office role. You'll be in the room where decisions are made-shaping priorities, connecting dots across teams, and turning vision into action. You'll operate as a force multiplier for the CDAO, helping scale leadership, bring clarity to complexity, and move the organization forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Build and run operating cadences: OKRs, QBRs, cross-functional checkpoints, and comms that keep everyone aligned and accountable

  • Partner with the CDAO on team strategy, executive-level storytelling, and org design

  • Act as a liaison across key functions to unblock progress, shape decisions, and influence outcomes

  • Own special projects-whether it's launching a new internal product, owning snow-on-snow program or hosting DAA customer summits

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner, helping pressure-test ideas, frame trade-offs, and anticipate what's needed before it's asked

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or cross-functional program leadership

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication-you're clear, concise, and persuasive

  • Strong executive presence with a low-ego, high-accountability mindset

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect dots, and prioritize ruthlessly

  • Experience (or deep curiosity) in data, analytics, and AI domains

  • A track record of driving meaningful outcomes in complex orgs

WHY THIS ROLE?

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of data and AI at one of the most influential companies in the industry. If you're energized by impact, thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, and want a front-row seat to how modern data orgs operate-this role is for you.

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
