We're looking for a sharp, strategic operator to join our team as Principal, DAA Programs-a critical role at the heart of Snowflake's data, analytics, and AI transformation. Reporting directly to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO), you'll lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate execution, foster cross-functional alignment, and drive innovation across our DAA agenda. This is not a back-office role. You'll be in the room where decisions are made-shaping priorities, connecting dots across teams, and turning vision into action. You'll operate as a force multiplier for the CDAO, helping scale leadership, bring clarity to complexity, and move the organization forward. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
