Qualified East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) employees are invited to apply for this temporary construction (tc) position in the Contact Center. Under the direction of the Director of Customer & Community Services, the Management Analyst II performs difficult to complex budgetary and statistical analyses on a variety of professional areas such as general management, administration, budget, CUS expense and personnel management, and other related areas; research, review; makes recommendations on the basis of completed analyses; and performs other related duties as required.
Typical responsibilities may include:
*planning, organizing, and preparing OMD operating and capital budgets; monitoring and evaluating budget and fiscal expenditures.
*assisting CUS Division Manager with budget development including coordinating submission of budget documents.
*developing budgetary recommendations with Division Managers; making presentation of recommendations as required; preparing reports on the basis of analyses.
*managing personnel requests and analyses to support and achieve CUS FY26 cost savings.
*managing of the division's telephony system, including IVR, system modifications, and system resolutions

Completion of four years of college, resulting in graduation or its equivalent, with major work in business or public administration or a directly related field, and two years of professional experience in administrative, management, budgetary, or systems analyses. A master's degree in business or public administration or a closely related field may be substituted for one year of experience.
