The Windows & Devices team is seeking a Senior Program Manager for silicon planning & partnerships with a passion for delivering industry-leading experiences through silicon. In this role, you will plan and drive engagement with silicon companies to support our roadmaps, working in close collaboration with silicon architects, program managers, engineers, marketers, and other teams. ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive strategies for partnering with silicon companies. Drive the process to evaluate opportunities for silicon technology and IP. Define business frameworks and drive complex business deals and contracts. Define and drive internal and external processes to work effectively with partners, including driving the rhythm of business with internal and partner executive teams to realize strategic objectives. Develop effective relationships across partner organizations and drive day-to-day engagement. Activate internal teams to align roadmaps/investments with silicon partners Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful co-engineering.
