Expected Outcomes




  • Support Marketing and Service Communications: Write persuasive, audience-focused copy for marketing campaigns, service updates, and other initiatives that drive engagement and business results.



  • Produce High-Quality Copy: Create, proofread, and edit clear, concise content for multi-channel use, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging guidelines.



  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, design, and service teams to brainstorm ideas, simplify complex information, and develop innovative content strategies.



  • Write for Target Audiences: Leverage insights into audience behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to craft content that connects and converts.



  • Meet Deadlines: Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.



  • Incorporate Feedback: Actively seek and apply feedback from stakeholders to refine copy and ensure alignment with project goals.





Capability Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, or applicable experience.
  • 3+ years of experience writing marketing copy at an agency, or corporate environment
  • Experience in creating content for traditional as well as social media channels
  • Strong self-initiative with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of writing best practices for various marketing channels, including advertising, direct mail, email, sales materials, digital, events, and social
  • Familiarity with the latest types of content trends and technologies, as well as a strong creative understanding
  • Proficient in using various marketing tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy, especially in a proofreading capacity
  • Ability to consistently prioritize workflow based on business impact
  • Ability to maintain energy, focus and persistence despite challenges, disruptions and redirections
  • Ability to lead and work on multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

  • Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and /or carry up to 10 pounds.
