Facilities Coordinator - JLL

Join JLL's innovative Integrated Facilities Management team as a Facilities Coordinator and become the backbone of our operational excellence! This dynamic role connects you with an industry-leading team that's revolutionizing how facilities are managed. You'll be at the forefront of customer service delivery, solving real problems and making tangible improvements to our clients' facilities every single day. This is your chance to build valuable skills in a growing field with one of the world's most respected real estate services firms. The Facilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing work orders, providing service desk support, and assisting with reporting and administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting the Director and facility operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Reporting and Administrative Support

  • Vendor and Contractor Coordination

  • Work Order Management

  • Service Desk Support

  • Financial Management

  • Facility Maintenance and Safety

  • Project Support:

Required Qualifications:

  • A tech-savvy professional with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and the ability to customize administrative reports

  • Experience with Corrigo is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in CMMS and financial management platforms

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Self-motivated with a confident and proactive attitude

  • Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

Onsite Tuskegee, Al

Work Shift:

7:30a-4:30p

Salary/ Comp:

55-65k
