We are hiring Material's Consultants to support several cross functional teams and drive innovation and excellence across our global manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, shape strategic materials processes, and influence plant-level execution. Who You Are: You are a seasoned professional, able to work independently, have highly developed problem-solving skills, a passion for coaching with the ability to lead or contribute to a project team. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and are known for your ability to lead without authority, drive continuous improvement, deliver strategic outcomes and comfortably work with all people, from entry level to Senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or military equivalent experience.
  • General knowledge and experience using an ERP software system, SAP or Oracle.
  • 7 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, project management, Logistics or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and writing communication interpersonal skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Advanced degree in APICS or similar certification
  • Expert level knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts related to material flow, inventory Management and warehouse management.
  • Proficient in software programs such as Smartsheet, Tableau and the suite of products within Microsoft Office.
  • Proven project management experience leading cross functional initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and the materials planning processes.
  • Strong continuous improvement background such as Lean principles.
  • Global cultural awareness and diplomacy
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
What You Will Be Doing:
Material Consultant - Reliability Leader
  • Provide technical direction and leadership to plant materials management teams.
  • Develop and implement materials strategies, processes, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize material flow and plant execution.
  • Establish and report on key performance measures aligned with company goals.
  • Guide the adoption of new technologies to enhance materials management capabilities.
Material Consultant - Project Management Materials Support
  • Provide guidance to change management teams executing strategic NDA global projects.
  • Act as the liaison between the change management team and manufacturing plants.
  • Track large inventory adjustments.
Material Consultant - Product Development Materials support
  • Provide guidance to product development project teams.
  • Act as the liaison between the product development project teams and manufacturing plants.
  • Make strategic decisions on implementing the materials management plans for new product launches.
