Responsibilities
Regional Director of Business Development- Behavioral Health Thousand Branches Wellness (TBW), a national provider of outpatient behavioral health services, is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to lead the go-to-market and volume growth strategy for outpatient behavioral health services across its freestanding clinic portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving growth across Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Traditional Outpatient service-lines. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Outpatient Services, the Regional Director of Business Development will work cross-functionally with Regional Outpatient Directors, local business development teams, marketing, and clinical operations to create and execute on scalable growth strategies that optimize market penetration, referral relationships, and service line development.
