Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $18.75 per hour

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Some Friday shifts may be required

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-performance rubber and plastic products. This is a hands-on job in a hot environment-but if you're up for the challenge, you'll be part of something big.

• Operate and monitor the Banbury mixer to produce consistent, quality material
• Measure and weigh raw materials with precision based on exact formulas
• Maintain optimal mixing conditions-temperature, time, and speed
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct any issues as they arise
• Handle routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
• Accurately document production details for traceability and compliance
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work in a very hot environment and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent record-keeping and communication skills
