We're powering up for a major 1-year project and looking for skilled Structured Cabling Technicians to join our growing team. Open Roles: Level 3 Techs * Experienced in CAT5/CAT6 terminations, 66/110 punch downs, and com closet work * Able to run and hang cable using J-hooks, terminate jacks, and work independently or with a lead * Must bring your own tools punch down tool (66/110 blades), snips, knife Junior Techs (Level 1-2) * Eager to learn and grow in the cabling trade * Will assist with cable pulling, hanging, and basic installs * Must bring steel-toed boots, snips, and knife * Learn from experienced techs and build your skills on the job! What You'll Need: * Customer-facing skills- be presentable, articulate, and a team player * Understanding of color codes and ability to terminate connectors * Punctuality and reliability - no last-minute call-outs or excessive phone use * Positive attitude- we're building a strong, no-drama team Work Environment: * Mix of new construction and existing structures * PPE provided (hard hat, vest, etc.) * Must have steel-toed boots * Work alongside permanent staff on high-impact projects Why Work With Us? * Trusted by major corporations like IBM * Opportunity to turn a 1-year project into a long-term career * Work with a company that values skill, attitude, and growth Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
