*You'll enjoy...* *Standard Hours* - Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:0PM *Competitive Pay* *Opportunity to work for a large healthcare provider in the area* * * *A day in the role...* * Set appointments via inbound/outbound calls * Update patient demographics and pre-register in EPIC, training will be provided * Capture, enter and report data accurately to management * Ensure services are provided in a timely manner * Ensure key performance indicators are met * Report discrepancies and identify areas of improvement to supervisors * Work on special projects and assignments as needed *Core Experience:* * 1+ year of call center experience * Prior healthcare experience a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45425.00 - $49375.00/yr. Excellent Salary including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Company Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement and additional Voluntary Plans.
