General Statement of Responsibilities: The Clinical Manager, Embedded Mental Health Services will provide strategic leadership and oversight for embedded mental health clinicians and services across the Twin Cities campus. This role will be a strategic partner and liaison between existing collegiate partners while expanding mental health services in embedded physical spaces on campus. The Clinical Manager, Embedded Mental Health Services will provide excellent multicultural and trauma-responsive clinical treatment, training, advocacy, prevention, and outreach services on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. The Clinical Manager, Embedded Mental Health Services, will partner with the Director and Senior Director in maintaining and growing embedded mental services on the East Bank, West Bank and St. Paul campus. The Clinical Manager, Embedded Mental Health Services must be a licensed mental health clinical professional with experience providing clinical and/or administrative supervision. We are looking for candidates with experience in change management or who have led initiatives or quality improvement processes. This position will work to create and expand services on campus to improve access to the University of Minnesota mental health services. They are also responsible for promoting a safe, equitable, and respectful environment where concerns can be addressed effectively. Detailed Job Responsibilities: Leadership Responsibilities (25%):
