JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of
application engineering support for freezer installations for The Company's food customers including design, installation and repair SOPs and documentation.
Responsible for working with customer service, distribution, local sales,
product management, vendors and contractors on projects for new and existing
customers. Also handles
some Customer Service from prior orders, some Order Entry, including Parts Orders and quoting and pricing. Is responsible for Sales of New
Freezers. Reports to VP of Application engineering.

Essential Function
Maintain a high level of
personal safety performance and regulatory compliance.
Sales support to the industrial
gases group to include: Prospect and qualification of potential clients
that do food
freezing.. Technical expert to assist
Bulk Sales Representatives on sales calls.
Interface with equipment
suppliers to obtain optimum performance and pricing.
Conduct client demonstrations
and generate test reports.
Technical market expert.
Excellent reasoning skills with
the ability to analyze and interpret technical information
Excellent oral and written
communications skills
Computer skills include CAD
systems, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, and Outlook
