Working very independently with little guidance from the Director and Associate Directors of the Harvard Brain Tissue Resource Center (HBTRC), coordinates all activities of research area including but not limited to: Supporting the daily activities of research assistants, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance procedures, performing statistical analyses, designing research protocols with the laboratory's Principal Investigators.

Experience
Directly related, progressively more responsible experience. 3-5 years required Supervisory experience preferred

- Must possess the ability to work independently and display initiative to introduce innovations to research study.
- Must have sound interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise others.
- Must possess strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and set deadlines.
- Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
- High degree of computer literacy.
- Ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism for subjects' rights and individual needs.
