POSITION

We are hiring an Institutional Consultant Relations Coordinator at Allspring Global Investments who will report to the Service Team Manager on the Global Portfolio Strategy Team. In this position, you will collaborate with a skilled team in marketing, product, investments, and sales to determine and implement our firm-wide priorities. By utilizing data and insights, you will ensure an exceptional client experience and uncover new business opportunities. If you are a motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for providing exemplary service both to our internal and external partners/consultants, this role is ideal for you.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provides efficient and effective day-to-day planning and support of Institutional Consultant Directors in new sales and client retention activities to help achieve revenue goals and maintain business.
  • This will include developing presentations, preparing marketing and service materials, assessing compliance implications, managing the client/consultant questionnaire process and tracking competitive intelligence.
  • Serve as an internal resource for frequently asked questions related to focus firm priorities and support sales materials and information.
  • Coordinate, campaign and launch efforts across the Global Portfolio Strategy team.
  • Fulfillment of monthly and quarterly reports and commentaries.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the overall client experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external collaborators, including sales, marketing, product, and sales execution teams.
  • Look for opportunities to streamline processes and procedures providing for more efficient and timely execution of team tasks.
  • Maintain a clean CRM, ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure that the consultants' needs are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3+ years of institutional quality sales support, equivalent relationship management support, or a combination of both.
  • Registration for FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within a 90 or 180-day time period contingent upon number of license(s) needed if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. This will be communicated at time of offer acceptance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of collaborators and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in business strategy.
  • Integrity and the personal presence to represent Allspring with enthusiasm and distinction.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, growing in a collaborative team environment that values independent thinking.

  • Deep knowledge of asset and wealth management and market dynamics.
  • Dedicated individual with the ability to work independently alongside staff and senior management at all levels.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enjoys critical and creative thinking, making strategic recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of and familiarity with using CRM Systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of revenue driven goals and their implications

Base Pay Range:

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
