Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager with deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to lead strategic engagements in the BioPharma domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP EAM design and implementation, including migration from IBM Maximo to SAP, and a proven track record of managing client relationships, particularly with US-based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EAM/PM implementations and upgrades, with a focus on BioPharma industry standards and compliance.
- Manage client engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Design and architect SAP EAM solutions, including master data structures, maintenance strategies, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Drive and oversee the migration process from IBM Maximo to SAP EAM, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance on asset management best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP with a strong focus on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP EAM.
- Proven experience in Maximo to SAP EAM migration projects.
- Strong understanding of BioPharma industry processes, regulatory requirements, and asset management needs.
- Experience in solution design, blueprinting, and configuration of SAP EAM modules.
- Excellent client-facing skills with experience working with US-based clients.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP EAM or SAP PM.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional but preferred).
