About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Digital Transformation to spearhead digital product initiatives within our Revenue Cycle operations. You'll play a critical role in shaping our digital future, working cross-functionally to achieve ambitious goals and deliver significant impact. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to make a tangible difference in a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Contribute to the overall digital product strategy for the revenue cycle, identifying key trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • OKR Leadership: Lead the development, implementation, and tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for revenue cycle digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Technology Intake & Prioritization: Establish and manage a robust technology intake and prioritization process for revenue cycle, evaluating new solutions, assessing business value, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • AI Exploration & Strategy: Support the exploration and evaluation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) opportunities within the revenue cycle, identifying potential use cases, assessing feasibility, and contributing to strategic roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with product teams across the organization ("the Village") to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions, shared understanding of priorities, and coordinated execution.
  • Executive Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling executive-level reports, presentations, and updates on digital transformation progress, strategic initiatives, and funding requests for revenue cycle.
  • Change Management Support: Partner with stakeholders to support change management efforts related to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, program management, or a similar strategic role required, and strong focus on revenue cycle operations within healthcare preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and tracking OKRs or similar strategic goal-setting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and challenges a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary/ Wage Range

$114,500.00-$206,500.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
* New York Exempt:
*New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
*Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
*Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year
New York Non-exempt:
*New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
*Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
*Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year
Washington Non-exempt:
*Bellingham: $17.66/hour
*Burien: $21.16/hour
*Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
*Renton: $20.90/hour
*Seattle: $20.76/hour
*Tukwila: $21.10/hour
*Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
