Essential Job Duties |
The primary responsibility of this position is to support the operations of the department by efficiently handling incoming and outgoing property. This includes loading and unloading items, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The role also involves assisting customers with property viewings and purchases, optimizing warehouse space utilization, maintaining communication across departments, and upholding cleanliness and organization standards. The individual must be capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accomodations and performing additional duties as assigned. |

Other Work/Responsibilities |
- Load and unload Surplus/Warehouse items, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Receive and inspect shipments, stock shelves, and verify inventory accuracy.
- Assist customers with property viewings and facilitate the transfer of purchased items.
- Coordinate the placement of property to maximize warehouse space efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding warehouse operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and Surplus Property areas.
- Safely lift and move items up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Work hours are :Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Minimum Experience/Education |
High school diploma or equivalent. |
