Summary:

The System Administrator of Enrollment Management Systems reports to the AVP for Enrollment Management and is responsible for overseeing, managing, and enhancing the technology systems that support enrollment processes spanning Office of the University Registrar, Undergraduate Admissions, International Admissions, One-Stop, Student Success, and Financial Aid. The Associate Director will collaborate with other operations team members and Information Technology Services to ensure the effective use of software and databases, including SQL, MSSQL, Oracle, EAB Navigate, and Technolutions Slate, to streamline admissions operations and improve student recruitment and retention efforts, manage systems access, and perform upgrade testing. Serves as the lead functional support for enrollment management systems, maintains the enrollment management knowledge base, and provides feedback for continuous operational improvement. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of experience in systems management, database management, or a related field. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred:

* Experience in enrollment management.

Required skills and abilities:

* Proficiency in SQL, MSSQL, and Oracle databases.

* Strong expertise in Technolutions Slate administration.

* Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audience.

* Ability and availability to work after hours, early mornings, weekends, and/or during University closing (when needed).
