WomenLead, housed in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business (RCB) at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a part-time Technical Consultant (Temp). WomenLead advances women's leadership in the world by empowering our students to aspire to and achieve leadership roles.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position will assist in the configuration of a digital library repository. This position will work under the direction of the faculty project leader.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



  • Curate and organize WomenLead content from various platforms (e.g., Dropbox, Teams, iCollege, etc.) into the repository.
  • Identify and recommend new content areas to enhance the repository.
  • Manage and administer SharePoint.
  • Assist WomenLead and project team members with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:



  • Master's degree and three years of related experience or a combination of education and related experience.


Preferred Requirements:



  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and external liaisons as needed.
