We're looking for a great communicator to join TransUnion within the Corporate Affairs & Communications Stakeholder Engagement team. This role is responsible for supporting, among other things, enterprise-wide event content and execution,.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years relevant professional experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting corporate events, such as town halls or other strategic meetings.

We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your development in:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to write compelling content
  • Appetite for challenging the status quo and finding efficiencies
  • Fluency in Spanish, French or Portuguese

Impact You'll Make:

  • You will be responsible for supporting content planning and execution of all-associate events, including town halls and other strategic and educational events. You will also support the development of tactical communications plans and deliverables that help our internal stakeholders better understand our strategy and other topics affecting our business. This includes supporting the measurement of associate sentiment following enterprise events.
  • This role will also be a part of our GoodWorks@TU community relations program. This includes coordination with Good Works leads in our global offices, supporting the development and execution of volunteer programs, managing the GoodWorks mailbox and the execution of our corporate matching gift program.
  • The ideal candidate will possess versatile communications skills - including strong written and verbal communication - and the ability to work with cross-functional teams within TransUnion.
  • This role will also be trained to support global communications production with the opportunity to get involved in a range of enterprise support initiatives, which could include but aren't limited to our internal communications platform and tools, and metrics for additional internal communications.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
