Overview

As the Sr. Business Manager - Globalization you will be instrumental in driving the globalization of Esri products and applications. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and addressing localization business needs, cultivating strong partnerships with international offices, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans and budgets, champion transformative initiatives, and conduct comprehensive market analysis to optimize Esri's localization impact.

Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the globalization of Esri products and apps
  • Understand localization business needs and communicate requirements to staff
  • Establish strong partnerships with international offices and software development leads to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities
  • Create detailed plans, budgets, vendor selections, and conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Drive change and promote globalization standards across Esri
  • Conduct market analysis and derive actionable insights from data sources
  • Remain up to date with industry trends and lead implementation throughout the organization


Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in globalization, localization, or internationalization
  • Exceptional knowledge of localization processes
  • Ability to influence diverse teams through globalization improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and project prioritization skills
  • Proven problem solver with effective time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Occasional travel to attend meetings, summits, or on-site sessions in support of global teams
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field

Recommended Qualifications



  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Multilingual abilities to support localization and international collaboration
  • Project Management certification (such as PMP, Prince2) or equivalent experience

$82,160 $138,320 USD
