As a Process Control Engineer, you will design, install, commission, and improve automated process controls systems in a modern industrial setting. You will deploy automated processes to increase productivity, improve uniformity of process, reduction of waste and elimination of error. You will report to the Global Process Control Lead. Key Responsibilities Develop, and startup of control strategies for batch manufacturing applications Develop high quality, well tested and well documented process control system software and hardware: I/O definition Instruments and related control loops Batch System Control Strategies Sequencing Strategies Full Recipe Control Design electrical circuits Technical lead on mid-sized projects and ensure the execution and quality of the deliverables. Help with system startup and field check-out. Evaluate, suggest, any improvement or retrofit of our existing systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or computer engineering 5+ years' of experience in a manufacturing environment with computerized process control and batch manufacturing processes; PLC and SCADA system development; Allen Bradley PLC and GE iFIX SCADA PMP certification Mzdove rozpti a benefity spolenosti PPG se mohou liit v zavislosti na lokalit, co nam umouje konkurenceschopn odmovat zamstnance na rznych geografickych trzich.
