Overview

AVIAN (pronounced *a-v-yin*) is looking for an Assistant Program Manager Test and Evaluation (Senior) employee for the Multi-Mission Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) program office PMA-266. This individual will perform engineering, designing, and testing of systems and their related components. The employee must be able to perform duties independently and others collaboratively.

Responsibilities

    Knowledge of and practical experiece with Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and/or Master Test Strategy development/updates
  • Cost estimate review aligned to program scope/schedule
  • Cyber test and evaluation execution, coordinateing and executing cyber DT and OT, working with PMAs and flight test engineers
  • Support development and review of technical requirements for test planning and reporting efforts.
  • Knowledge of NAVAIR test and evaluation roles/responsibilities
  • Ability to provide schedule development, resource management, iTrack/iTest knowledge
  • T&E Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPT) coordination, development, and briefing
  • NAVAIR Acquisition Experience
  • SOW development/review
  • Proposal technical evaluations.
  • Interface with external organizations
  • Participate in program technical reviews, Deficiency Reviews, System Verifications Review and others as necessary
  • Support technical studies, analyses, and planning to refine test verification methods and approaches


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
  • 10 plus years of experience
  • A Master's Degree may be substituted for 2 years of work experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • The salary range for this role is $140,000-$180,000(The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
