What we're looking for
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred Experience: 10+ years in global strategic marketing, market strategy, or business development within the aerospace and defense or related industry. Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in market development, value proposition design, and managing cross-functional global teams. Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills, paired with a strong executive presence. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to lead and influence within a matrixed, international organization. Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and market research platforms.

Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong alliances with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Regional Leaders to drive unified strategy and execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to influence internal teams, bridge capability gaps, and foster competitive advantages. Leadership Presence: Champion a collaborative and knowledgeable approach across marketing, commercial, and product teams.
Performance & Optimization
Data-Driven Strategy: Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing outcomes, adjusting tactics and resource allocation to optimize performance.
