JOB TITLE: Software Engineer

LOCATION: 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)

DUTIES: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Duties to include: Executing full lifecycle software development; Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code using salesforce and its features; Producing specifications and determine operational feasibility; Integrating Salesforce and custom AI models into salesforce applications; Designing and optimizing Data models, schemas and Storage solutions with in Salesforce; Writing Unit tests and conducting code reviews to ensure robustness, usability and scalability of Salesforce applications; Staying Updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features and best practices and implementing them to ensure system compliance; Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and proactively recommending improvements to Salesforce implementations to enhance efficiency and user experience; Conducting technical assessments of existing salesforce implementations; Develop migration strategies, technical roadmaps and architecture blueprints to support future business needs and scalability; and integrate other applications with salesforce using mulesoft. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation.

Position requires two (2) years of experience in the following:

RATE OF PAY: $103,605 to $155,282 / per year
