Specialists will identify the guests' needs, offer products, communicate policies, and provide assistance with changes, cancellations, taking payments and any other service-based needs. We offer steady work, a desirable schedule with optional ride breaks, enhanced pay, and opportunities for possible advancement. This position will provide sales and customer service experience. A typical week is four, 10-hour days with 3 days off. The start dates for this position are August 17th and September 28th. Bilingual applicants will be eligible for additional compensation. Job Requirements: High school graduation or equivalency is required. Previous call center experience preferred. Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, advanced computer navigation using multiple programs at one time. Ideal candidate will be driven by customer service demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast paced and dynamic guest service environment. Proven record of making logical decisions, problem solving, resourcefulness, multitasking and expediency.
