Patient Liaison Lead, UH Cutler Center for Men. Ahuja Men's Health

• Coordinate all aspects of the Cutler Center for Men and assigned program for patient experience and maintain up to date records.
• Develops and maintains relations with hospital Departments to keep Cutler Center for Men and Program flow seamlessly
• Ability to manage total Program in the absence of the Manager.
• Conduct daily rounds/service recovery
• Serves as the lead trainer for Program ie. UH Select, Men's Health
• System Lead for the Programs patient experience across the UH health system for patients
• Builds strategic business/community relationships.
• Coordinate all aspects of the Program: scheduling, obtaining medical information, registering patient, billing and escorting patient to testing.
• Ability to manage all aspects of the program

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
