*Client Support Center Supervisor - Digital Banking Focus*
Are you a natural leader with a passion for digital banking and client service excellence? We're looking for a Client Support Center Supervisor to guide a team of Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) through a critical transformation-supporting the launch of new digital platforms for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and account onboarding. This is more than a supervisory role-it's a chance to shape the client experience during a pivotal time of change. You'll be hands-on, attending training alongside your team, coaching them through complex inquiries, and ensuring they're equipped to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What You'll Be Doing: * Lead and support a team of 7-10 new Financial Service Representatives as they navigate a digital banking conversion. * Serve as the go-to expert for escalations, digital platform troubleshooting, and client inquiry resolution. * Monitor and manage call queue coverage, scheduling, and adherence to service level expectations. * Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture while modeling the behaviors expected by leadership. * Partner with management to identify performance gaps and implement coaching strategies. * Ensure your team is fully prepared to support clients across Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and digital onboarding platforms. What You Bring: Must-Haves: * Proven experience in a digital banking environment-this is essential. * 3+ years in a call center or client support role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity. * Strong understanding of digital banking tools, troubleshooting, and client onboarding processes. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home office with a wired internet connection. Preferred: * Bachelor's degree. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with help desk systems and CRM tools.
