Job Title: Sr. Structural REVIT Designer Location with zip code: Pasadena, CA 91124 Duration: Temp Only - for 3-5 months Pay Rate. $60/hr. on W2 without Benefits. Shift Timing: 3 days per week, exact days TBD, 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm (flexible) Job Description: Develop Structural Engineering drawings with Revit in accordance with the Engineers and CAD Supervisor's instructions for concrete, steel, masonry and wood structures. Structural drawings include but not limited to, general notes, standard details and sections, foundation and framing plans, wall/framing elevations, special details and sections, etc. Works closely with BIM Coordinator, other Designers/Drafters and Architects/Engineers to ensure a coordinated design. May assist in training lower level Drafters and checking their work. Two years technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter course (or equivalent) is preferred, and 5+ years of related REVIT experience and US Citizenship are required.
