Social Campaign Manager, Music Streaming Platform

The organization is seeking a Social Campaign Manager to bring music initiatives and campaigns to life on social channels, working closely with internal and external partners to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about music and culture, experienced across diverse social functions-campaign planning, content creation, publishing-and knows how to leverage social media holistically to tell impactful stories, build brand moments, and engage a passionate community of fans and advocates. Key Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on digital and social marketing experience within music or culture-focused industries
3+ years of experience managing agencies and vendors
Experience collaborating directly with creators, artists, and external partners on social marketing initiatives
Ability to use data to inform strategy, including audience insights, platform trends, performance benchmarks, and social listening
Strong storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills
Creative thinker and problem-solver who keeps the brand ahead of trends and an industry leader in social storytelling
Solid understanding of media, technology, and the evolving landscape of social platforms, audiences, and behaviors
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and secure alignment across teams and leadership
Responsibilities
Integrate social strategy and ideas into music marketing campaigns and day-to-day programming to drive impact among target audiences
Lead social briefings for campaigns, new formats, daily content, and activate integrated plans across owned, earned, and paid channels
Champion social insights, ideas, and trends with cross-functional stakeholders
Travel to live events and on-location shoots to support real-time social coverage of major campaigns
Provide hands-on support for programming and publishing across owned social channels as needed
Be available evenings and weekends as required

- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $58.17 - $68.17 per hour
