Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials across digital, print, and social platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities * Lead the development and coordination of marketing campaign assets-including copy and design-for websites, print, social media, and digital platforms, in collaboration with internal stakeholders. * Partner with the Veeva Vault coordinator to manage the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process and oversee production and distribution of approved materials. * Launch finalized marketing assets by uploading to internal portals, distributing to field teams, and ensuring consistent usage across departments. * Monitor and report on campaign performance, material usage, and inventory levels on a monthly basis. * Support the Associate Director of Brand Marketing in strategic planning, project management, and campaign launches. * Maintain regular communication with the Associate Director, providing updates, addressing challenges, and participating in 1:1 meetings. * Serve as the primary liaison with agency partners and cross-functional teams including creative, medical affairs, and legal. * Manage project timelines and deadlines, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and completion. * Assist the Brand Marketing team with meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and stakeholder communication. * Draft and distribute field communications in collaboration with the sales and marketing communications teams. * Collaborate with agencies to deliver high-quality marketing support and services. * Analyze consumer and provider trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform strategic planning. * Develop briefing documents that outline strategic goals, KPIs, and desired outcomes for direct-to-consumer initiatives. * Ensure consistent follow-up, organization, and preparedness across all projects. * Foster a collaborative team environment with strong relationship-building skills. * Communicate effectively through progress updates, project briefs, and presentations. * Demonstrate strategic thinking, sound judgment, and a positive, energetic attitude. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required. * 2-4 years of experience in marketing, agency, or project management roles. * 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising and paid media campaigns. * 1-2 years of experience using analytics and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions. * 1-2 years of experience collaborating with creative agencies on content development. * Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, skincare, or beauty industry preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
