The Talent Development Specialist plays a key role in enhancing the performance, growth, and engagement of our employees across the credit union. This position will design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and our organizational goals. You'll work closely with HR and department leaders to create a culture of continuous learning and career progression. Key Responsibilities

Bachelors of Human Resource Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Education (preferred) Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred) High School or GED (required) Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field preferred. (preferred)
Trainer Certificate preferred. (preferred) 1+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development or related experience required. (required) Strong training, sales and financial services background required. (required) Proven competency in adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies. (required) Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills. (required) Understanding of credit union operations or financial services industry a plus.
