We are seeking a Program Analyst to provide direct support to our Army customer. In this role, you will work to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of an International Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. You will be responsible for assessing partner nation requests for hardware requirements designed for integration into Air and Missile Defense capabilities. You can expect to engage with international customers to understand their requirements, define capabilities, and align them to develop a Letter of Request (LOR) for Pricing and Availability (P&A) and a Letter of Request for Letter of Acceptance (LOA). You will facilitate technical meetings, engage with OEMs, and review technical data and materials as required. To be successful in this role, you must possess proven experience assessing the solutions and requirements for support of international partner nation defense requirements.

Required

• BS or BA degree
• 10 years' experience in defense manufacturing, reliability, and/or industrial operations
• Experience with program execution for Security Assistance / Security Cooperation requirements
• Experience with technical knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System
• Knowledge of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) policy memorandums, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and the United States Munitions List (USML)
• Some travel
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
