The Corporate Counsel - Compliance attorney plays a crucial role in supporting regulatory legal matters across various areas, including trade compliance, supply chain, records and information management, ESG, and data privacy. Additionally, this position supports the global compliance program and the anti-bribery and corruption program. This position will focus on: (1) providing day-to-day legal advice on a variety of regulatory compliance topics, including EPA, CARB, REACH, FCPA, ESG and other matters, (2) providing day-to-day advice and counsel on the global compliance and ethics program and the antibribery and corruption program, (3) conducting internal investigations, (4) leading cross-functional teams on compliance-related initiatives, and (5) managing the records and information management team.
