What You Need to Know

  • Lifeline Installer Responsibilities:

    As a Health Alert Installer, you will complete in-home installations, service calls and pick-ups of personal emergency response systems and medication management devices, support the self-install process by contacting subscribers via phone who had equipment mailed to assist in walking through the connecting of their new device, co-manage your day to day schedule with the Coordinator team to ensure timely visits.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Schedule and complete in-home installations, general service calls and retrieval of equipment for subscribers. Organize and prioritize client needs and plan service calls timely and efficiently, manage schedule, and work independently while working collaboratively with team to meet individual productivity and organization/department business goals.
    * Demonstrates proficiency using technology, computer systems and software to efficiently communicate and complete assignments whether in office or in the field. Continuous learning on products and resources that support daily operations. Ensures a safe, secure environment, comply with all Infection Prevention protocols.
    * Collaborate with client, family, and healthcare professionals for install or service needs. Problem-solve equipment issues by phone (virtually) or in client homes. Educate patients, family members and clinicians on functionality of equipment.
    * Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches respectfully to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of the population served. Accesses Interpreter Services as appropriate and necessary for clients who require those language services. Communicates in a respective manner, provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Lifeline Installer I Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and ability to work with computer systems, software, mobile devices, apps, wi-fi, cellular support
  • Two or more years of recent experience in a position dealing with the public, customer service, and telephone skills.
  • Must have valid Drivers Licence & reliable vehicle
