Salary: Up to $80,000/yr. with 10% bonus if goals have been achieved

Schedule: 6am - 3pm, Saturday may be needed during peak times

Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise front-line production employees and ensure compliance with safety, FDA, and GMP regulations
  • Set and monitor performance standards related to safety, line utilization, and product quality
  • Track key performance indicators and proactively address trends to meet financial targets
  • Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime within the facility
  • Build team capability through hiring, training, employee relations, and communication
  • Participate in performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and training sessions
  • Verify completion of food safety and quality checks during shifts and perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods or related industry is a plus
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Responsible for supervising both hourly and salaried employees
