In the role of Marketing Intern, we'll count on you to:
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives.
- Shadow and assist marketing staff with materials preparation, including proposals, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and announcements.
- Develop, review, and edit content for resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing material.
- Develop and coordinate text and graphics and edit page layouts.
- Maintain the CRM system and perform other data-driven tasks.
- Catalogue marketing assets.
- Perform other duties as needed.
The ideal intern candidate will be available to work up to 20 hours per week during the summer, with the possibility of extending into the school semester. The ideal candidate will also be working in the office alongside and mentored by a marketing professional; no remote work is allowed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
- Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Attention to detail a must
- Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
