Position Title: Maintenance Building & Grounds - 1st Shift Wage: $20.29/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm Are you simply working for the weekend? This is a direct hire position for 1st shift. Apply today! Maintenance Building & Grounds Responsibilities: - Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation including cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of equipment - Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machines, equipment, fixtures, furniture and small tools/parts - Diagnose problems and make repairs to HVAC, minor electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, drywall, paint, fixtures, furniture, industrial vehicles and appliances - Complete inspections of equipment and/or facility; emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, batteries, etc. - Perform basic groundskeeping duties such as trimming of grass and snow removal - Assist in installation and relocation involving machines and equipment - Assist Maintenance Coordinator or Maintenance Tech on more complex and involved work - Assist in the responsibilities of the Janitor position when required - Maintain housekeeping in the assigned work area - Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records greenfield@qpsemployment.com IND104 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
