What You Will Do: The Data and Evaluation Coordinator works with the Director of Program Design and Evaluation to support evaluation work, data management, and special project initiatives of the center. Essential Responsibilities
Evaluation Efforts: Works with Director of Program Design and Evaluation to assist in the design, implementation, project management, literature review and data analysis for quantitative and qualitative evaluation studies and special projects. Collaborate to produce Research Briefs, internal and external evaluations and impact reports. Supports efforts to secure funding for programmatic and research activities related to special initiatives.
Qualifications
Competencies: Evaluating Technologies: Identifies the need for new technology, thoroughly assesses features, risks and benefits of alternatives, and matches new technologies to existing organizational skills and practices. Implementing New Technologies: Tends to identify and apply the steps and approaches needed to implement and integrate new technology in a manner that gains quick acceptance from stakeholders while minimizing disruptions to day-to-day work requirements. Work environment/Physical Demands/Travel Requirements: Typical office environment, including computer work, phone calls, and organizing and storing both hard and electronic data. In addition, working conditions may include some travel to attend and present at events, which involves carrying of luggage and event materials. This position is based in Lisle and is a hybrid work environment (2/3 days in office, 2/3 days remote). The first six months of employment require 5 days per week in office. Additional information regarding full-time staff benefits can be found here. The salary range of the grade for this position is $50,453.00 to $73,157.00 annually. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Offers are based on multiple factors permitted by law, including but not limited to: budgetary considerations, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, market considerations, tenure and standing with the university (applicable to current employees), and internal equity.
