  • Works with cross-functional colleagues to deliver customer-centric product experiences.
  • Collaborates with designers on other products to create aligned experiences.
  • Partners with product managers and engineers to define the roadmap and backlog and to ensure strategic alignment and effective working processes.
  • Works collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, thinks strategically about product and design, and communicates persuasively to influence decisions.
  • Actively practices and evangelizes customer-centric thinking.
  • Contributes and drives the execution of UX strategy (UX roadmap/planning) within multiple product areas.
  • Owns and drives the design problems from the ideation to the execution.
  • Leads complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.
  • Builds relationships and collaborates closely with the cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, and Operations.
  • Deeply understands the business goals and challenges requirements as necessary. Uses quantitative data and qualitative feedback to iteratively inform the design decisions.
  • Creates user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development.
  • Collaborates closely with designers on the team to gather feedback, define features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area.
  • Provides mentorship to junior and peer designers. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Human-Centered Computing, Computer Science, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience.

Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) Creating designs that provide optimal user experiences across a wide range of screen sizes, ensuring responsiveness and adaptability; (2) Developing and maintaining a consistent design system, including UI components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure cohesive user experiences across products; (3) Prototyping, wireframing, web-UI design, data visualization, mockups, storyboarding, and graphic design; and (4) Working with the following technologies and tools: Figma, Sketch, Invasion, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Cloud, Tableau, GIT, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.

HQ at 200 Lake Drive East Ste 200, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. Full-time, may telecommute from any location in the U.S. Salary: $135,000.00 to $170,000.00/year.
