*Description*
Client is looking for two contractors for their WIN11 project. They will be doing it via Autopilot. Experience would be great with autopilot but not required. They will be working closely with end users to refresh their hardware. They have approximately 700 laptops that need to be replaced. IT would require coordination with the user, ordering the hardware, working with the user to swap over all files, ensure all apps are installed and then work with the user to collect the old asset. Goal is 2 per day per tech. - Adaptability, takes initiative, focused - Desktop Support Experience- ability to grasps items quickly and having refresh experience (autopilot) - Customer Service and Follow Up as most of job is working with end users coordinating retrieving ServiceNow and Autopilot would be a plus. *Skills* Desktop, windows 11, deployment, autopilot, Support, Hardware, servicenow *Top Skills Details* Desktop,windows 11,deployment *Additional Skills & Qualifications* They have 8800 users globally they support. NJ office has 275 people in it and 150 in NY building. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
