*Description*
- Will be handling anywhere from 25-50 tickets per a day -- mostly with password resets, software configs/implementation, printer mapping/set-up, proprietary software support, etc. - 100% remote -- but training is on-site for the 1st month (6 weeks of training/mentorship) * Progression will be starting to be hands-on/independent by week 3. - 3 different shifts (all day-shift): * 7 AM - 4 PM * 8 AM - 5 PM * 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM -- this will be what new folks start on ***Rotating on-call schedule on Saturdays *Skills* Help desk support, password reset, windows 11, printer mapping, printer set-up, proprietary software *Top Skills Details* Help desk support,password reset,windows 11,printer mapping,printer set-up,proprietary software *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Additional Skills. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
