Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and joint venture partners (as applicable), ensuring alignment on project performance and expectations. Key Responsibilities * Act as the main liaison for subcontractors and partners, managing expectations and ensuring project alignment. * Coordinate and communicate regularly with subcontractors regarding schedule, performance, quality, safety, and material management. * Support and participate in weekly subcontractor update calls. * Provide timely and accurate project status updates and performance reports to management, sponsors, and stakeholders. * Maintain and update a comprehensive list of local, state, and county permit contacts and foster positive relationships with inspectors. * Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including bidding, contract award, engineering/design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Required Skills * Project Management * OSP Safety * Traffic controls * Field oversight * Construction Management * Telecommunications (OSP, Fiber Optic) * Engineering and Project Coordination * Proficiency in 3GIS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within construction management, project management, project controls, or field engineering. * At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
