The Senior Vice President of Recruiting will play a mission-critical role in driving Inter-Con's next chapter of growth. Reporting to the EVP of Global Talent, this leader will oversee and optimize all aspects of recruitment strategy and execution-across both corporate and field (security guard) hiring. The SVP will lead a high-performance team focused on attracting top talent, reducing time-to-fill, improving candidate quality, and scaling hiring operations to meet the demands of a rapidly growing, global business. Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Optimize existing recruitment strategies that align with Inter-Con's business objectives and high-growth trajectory.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to the EVP of Global Talent, supporting enterprise-wide workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
- End-to-End Recruitment Oversight:
- Lead and evolve recruitment efforts for both corporate roles and high-volume field hiring, ensuring speed, quality, and compliance across all locations.
- Implement scalable processes, systems, and analytics to enhance efficiency and improve hiring outcomes.
- Team Development & Management:
- Build, mentor, and inspire a best-in-class recruiting team across multiple geographies.
- Create career development pathways and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Drive adoption of innovative recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, CRM, and data-driven sourcing technologies.
- Utilize analytics and KPIs to inform strategy, track performance, and optimize ROI.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with different business units to ensure alignment on hiring needs, timelines, and strategic workforce planning.
- Support RFP and contract requirements by aligning recruitment capabilities to client expectations.
- Brand & Candidate Experience:
- Champion Inter-Con's employer brand and elevate the candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent messaging that reflects the company's values, culture, and unique value proposition.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR, with a track record of success in both corporate and high-volume field hiring environments.
- At least 3 years of senior leadership experience in recruiting.
- Experience scaling recruiting functions in a fast-growing organization, preferably within security, staffing, logistics, or similarly labor-intensive industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-location teams and drive transformation at scale.
- Proficiency with recruiting technology platforms and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a passion for mission-driven work.
