Location: Same as above.

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required at time of hire.

Education/Certification Required:

  • Relevant degree or technical training with proven experience in acquisition data analytics.

Experience Required:

  • Experience with structured and unstructured data sets in an acquisition or procurement environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python for data conditioning and analysis.
  • Ability to create and maintain dashboards, databases, and workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Proven skills in conveying complex data results clearly for executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop NGA's web-based acquisition toolsets.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for contract metrics.
  • Perform statistical analyses on large acquisition data sets.
  • Provide recommendations for streamlining processes based on data insights.
  • Support compliance reviews with data summaries and trend analyses.

Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in database principles and programming.
  • Excellent data visualization and storytelling abilities.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills.
